In anticipation of our official launch, we are opening limited bookings for COMPLETE PR PACKAGES for women in business at a generously discounted rate.

As a woman in business myself, I completely understand the weight of entrepreneurship and want to make meaningful steps to invest in your brand more accessible! If growing an impactful business and showing up as a thought leader in your space is on your to-do list this year, we can get there!

This is a bit of a lengthy note, but I want to equip you with as much information as possible as you determine the 'next right thing' for your business. Stay with me!

Good Press is a full service, impact-focused public relations firm founded on the principle that doing good is good for business, so we work hands-on with people, brands, and businesses who aren’t afraid to think beyond the status quo to elevate their impact!

Through a uniquely curated ‘Good Press Process,’ we combine high-level impact coaching with traditional communications planning to ensure the most meaningful media matching. By delivering targeted, impactful coverage that propels business forward, we help our clients make a lasting impact in their industries, communities, and beyond.

Sounds like a dream. right?

Here's what you can expect as part of this 3-month program:

Step 1. Complete content audit: I review your socials and website to assess the quality of storytelling, your client funnel, your leads, and your perceived impact. This will help guide the impact coaching.

Step 2. Impact coaching: your business is unique to you, but it’s easy to fall into the trap of following other ‘experts’ storytelling and strategy…losing the heart in the process. Over the course of a couple weeks, we’ll complete three one-hour impact coaching sessions, where we dig deep to determine your unique area of impact, the heart behind your business and its model, and your big goals moving forward.

Step 3. Messaging strategy: I take what I learn in our coaching session to develop a COMPLETE messaging strategy and playbook for you to follow. This will highlight your unique area of impact, while emphasizing all the good things you already do! Consistency in messaging matters more than anything else, and this will serve as your go-to guide.

Step 4. Content strategy: Using your messaging strategy as a baseline (and keeping your goals at the center) I’ll create an impact-focused content strategy. Consider it this way: If your messaging strategy is the boat, your content strategy is the sail. How do you keep moving? What does it look like to tell your story across all platforms? How do we grow in thought leadership? This step includes: curated content pillars, expertly engineered chat GPT prompts, and a content funnel to teach you how to repurpose content on EVERY platform you use (giving you some time back to work IN your business!).

Step 5. Brand activation planning: Sometimes, it’s more than socials. Where can we show up to showcase your brand and enhance your message in a meaningful way? What brand activations (showcases, dinners, meet and greets, pop-ups, etc.) will be most beneficial? We move through this process as a team, and I’m here through the entire planning process!

Step 6. Impact development: Recent data suggests that a growing number of people make purchasing decisions based on the causes they care about. A survey showed that 75% of consumers were likely to start shopping at a company that supported an issue they agreed with and that 71% thought it was important for businesses to take a stance on social movements. That means that the heart of every booming business is IMPACT. It’s what sets you apart, and helps tell a story beyond the sale. Using our insights from step 1-6, we’ll determine if there are opportunities to collaborate with non-profits, curate a give-back message, highlight your purpose, and expand on the ‘why.’

Step 7-9: News release, six hours pitching the press, 4 hours of podcast matching: Now, it’s my turn. We’re going to tell your story! I take everything I’ve learned and developed up to this point to craft a news release that resonates. In an effort to grow your influence, I’ll work to get your story on local media, tv, blogs, and podcasts!

Step 10: Thought leadership training: It’s time to prepare. YOU are your business, and YOU get to share your story. In anticipation for interviews/features, we’ll conduct thought leadership training. Then, I’ll teach you how to repurpose those media placements as content. This is the most important step, and the most meaningful for growth in your business.

According to a new study by Vox Media, 75% of consumers point to podcast hosts as the most influential figures driving their purchasing decisions. That means, if you’re not showing up as a thought leader in your space, you're completely missing out on potential customers!

Clients frequently ask me, what is the return on investment for public relations? The qualitative results of PR can’t be captured by simple quantitative measurements, such as number of impressions or sales, but the strategic value of a well thought-out and well-executed public relations program goes far beyond these numbers to the very heart of how a company is perceived and received by the media and its potential customers. This perception – and reputation – is correlated with the actual value.

Public relations is an investment in your brand, your relationships, and new opportunities for business!

On average, it takes a minimum of three months to set up a PR strategy and begin media matching. As a guarantee to you, we will continue pitching until we get you a minimum of one placement, even past the three month mark (with no extra cost to you). If you’d like to continue working with us after your placement, we can discuss a payment plan that best fits your business!
